Just a few months after Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen opened its doors there, Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands integrated resort now has another tasty new addition in Wolfgang Puck’s Spago, the celebrity chef’s critically acclaimed flagship restaurant.

The 90-seat restaurant – located on level 57 of Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 2 – will serve the same Californian cuisine that the chain has been renowned for since its first location in West Hollywood opened in 1982. It’s the second Puck-run eatery in the hotel – the first is his popular Cut steakhouse.

Menu highlights include Spago’s signature favourites: Big Eye Tuna Tartare Cones (above), Crispy Scale Black Sea Bass, and Grilled Marcho Farm’s Milk-fed Veal Chop (below). There’s also the Pan Seared Striped Bass “Laksa”, a dish inspired by the rich flavours of Asia.

Apart from the food, the other big draw is the al fresco terrace, where you can enjoy post-dinner drinks and make your choice from more 14 original cocktails and over 600 bottles of international wines. www.marinabaysands.com/spago, tel: 6688-9955
