“After the success of the first edition, Cooking Beats returns with a Thanksgiving-inspired menu specially curated by Executive Chef Manel Valero. At just $70++ per person, you’ll be treated to communal style dining while taking in the festive decorations created by florist Charlotte Puxley that will deck out the restaurant just for the evening. Each guest will get to indulge in hearty dishes with a Kilo twist, like Thai Style Roasted Turkey (topped with Cranberry & Ginger Sauce, Vietnamese Gravy & Scallion Pancakes) and Pumpkin and Thai Tea Pie (made with Yuzu Cheesecake & Roasted Chestnuts).
