#2: Seafood and Champagne Afternoon Tea, The Westin Singapore
This extravagant feast will make you rethink the usual scones and pot of Earl Grey approach to afternoon tea. Dine on oysters, lobster thermidor and prawns followed by chocolates and cakes, all complemented by a glass (or bottle) of fizz.
