Celine’s new design for Spring, the Frame (price unavailable at press time), is the perfect blend of simplicity and sophistication. With a border in a contrasting colour, the bag is crafted from soft leather and feels soft to the touch. It’s available in two versions: As a clutch on a chain and as a bag with a shoulder strap.
At Stella McCartney (left), they came in chunky clear perspex. At Gucci, they came embellished with beads, crystals, pearls, what have you. If anything, the one rule to abide by when it comes to accessoring this season is “the bigger, the better”.
