Why know it

The brand launched without much fanfare last year, but when images of its crisp, clean designs started popping up on Instagram feeds everywhere, there was just no holding back. After a short online-only start, it opened a pop-up store in Holland Village, and then another one at Mandarin Gallery earlier this year from January to April that is now its permanent store location – all this in less than a year from launch.

Its key to success is one simple formula – easy-to-wear designs for multiple occasions at affordable prices ($59 for a top to $89 for dresses). Yet, easy-to-wear is not a euphemism for frumpy. Beyond The Vine’s pushes understated elegance for the modern woman who wants separates with clean lines that are easy to mix-and-match and sharp shift dresses that don’t require too much thought. Cos fans, this one is for you.

What to expect in Pre-Fall 16

There are plenty of new features in its latest collection to add to your everyday wardrobe: two-piece pant combinations, dresses in a new cocoon and maxi silhouettes, and a pleated midi skirt. Brand classics, such as the Triangle Panel Dress and the Tri-Colour Silk Blend dress come in new colourways this season.
