“We are committed to learning and relearning applications, client wellbeing as well as product knowledge so that we can support our client’s individual needs with honest curations. In short, we like to advocate looking good naturally,” Lee shares.

Here, Lee, who first got into skincare in her early teens, delves into her tried-and-tested products, skincare advice as well as the beginnings of her interest in gut health.

How has your skincare changed during recent events, if at all?

“While adapting to this new state of normalcy, I’ve included soothing ingredients like Centella Asiatica and facial oil like sea buckthorn oil and rosehip seed oil into my routine.”

Lee’s ride or die product: the Oskia Super 16 serum.

What’s your one “ride or die” product?

“Oskia Super 16 Serum, it has never failed me.”

Tell us about how you developed your skincare routine.

“I started learning about self-awareness, so it’s a lot about being mindful. I learned how to feel my skin texture and observe my routine for the season. So based on each season or phase I’m going through, I’ll tailor a routine that’s most suited for my skin. Learning our skin type is incredibly crucial.”

“Getting good skin is a long journey and stick through a routine for at least one month before changing things up. Skincare is not fast fashion.” – Airin Lee

What’s a skincare step one should never skip?

Sunscreen, your cheapest anti-aging product in the market.”

What’s your go-to item to pamper and indulge?

“Kat Burki, Tata Harper and Augustinus Bader’s range of products. They are clean, well-engineered and effective – but indulgent due to the price point.”

What’s your favourite skincare brand at the moment?

“I’m steering towards a range of clean cosmeceutical brands, but if I do have to share one, it’ll be Oskia.”

Lee’s morning skincare routine consists of Paula’s Choice BHA Exfoliating Liquid , Pai Skincare’s Rosehip Bioregenerate Oil as well as the Kat Burki Rose Hip Intense Recovery Eye Serum.
