The Hottest Backstage Beauty Looks At Seoul Fashion Week

The recent Hera Seoul Fashion Week 2018 showcased crazy creative pieces and fun runway shows but another highlight was the awesome beauty looks too. We managed to get exclusive backstage passes to some of the shows (Jarret, Blindness and YCH) to get a closer look at the makeup looks done by Hera makeup artists (the brand will hit our shores in May 2018). From perfectly dewy skin to the craziest of lip colours, here are the looks we loved.

#1: Blindness
When it comes to eyeshadow, many of us tend to opt for neutral tones. But its definitely time to jazz up your look with brighter shades that are still fun yet sophisticated. At the Blindness show, models sported bright-coloured eyeshadow shades swept across the entire eyelid. Optional: add some jewels on the lids for extra pizzaz. #2: Blindness
Another look that we loved at the same show was the glitter lip. Copious amounts of glitter were spread across models’ puckers, evoking a sense of 90s nostalgia. #3: YCH
Disclaimer: this look may not necessarily be suited for the light-hearted because really, there’s no turning back on bleached eyebrows. With sharp features and minimal makeup, this model pulled off a look that many of us would be afraid to even try, but would secretly want to. #4: YCH
But if you’re not all about bleaching your eyebrows for an edgy appeal, this eyeliner look can be your go-to. Just apply a black gel liner to your eyelids, keeping close to your lash line, and ensure the rest of your face is as minimal as possible. Easy. #5: YCH
A natural makeup look is best for lazy days and this blush + lip gloss combo is the best way to still look put together without much effort needed. We are seriously digging the pretty pink coloured blush that complements the model’s fair skin. #6: YCH
One trick we learnt from the makeup artist was to apply blusher on your eyelids. This not only speeds up the makeup process but also goes (perfectly) with your cheeks. To complete the look, just draw a chic line along your lashes. It’s simple, chic and also very feminine. #7: Jarret
A tinted lip balm and a brown coloured eyeliner (pencil, preferably) are really all you need to recreate this look. It is super effortless and wearable for every day. Like this?
