With social distancing being taken very seriously amidst the Covid-19 virus, many of us are turning to online shopping and this new launch by Charlotte Tilbury is perfect for those who want to try on the products before purchasing them online. The brand has just introduced an initiative that allows consumers to try on over 100 of her famous makeup looks all prior to purchase with the help of augmented reality (AR) technology. This is made available on the brand’s mobile site when consumers visit its product pages. The company, which is home to a string of beauty brands such as Gucci Beauty, Philosophy and Burberry Beauty has just introduced its new initiative to fight the ongoing Covid-19 virus. started producing hydro-alcoholic gel, which is used as hand sanitizer, to help combat the virus. The products are free of charge and are being distributed and donated to medical and emergency services staff who are facing shortages due to the fast-spreading virus. Products will also be provided to Coty employees working in the plants and distribution centers producing sanitizers, as well as pharmacy staff at some retail customers.
