Marion Cotillard has been announced as the new face of Chanel No 5
The Oscar winner has just been named as the face for Chanel’s iconic fragrance. This is the first time Marion Cotillard has ever lent her image to a perfume. The French actress has been a friend to the brand since the beginning of her career, walking the red carpet in Chanel for the Jean-Pierre Jeunet film A Very Long Engagement in 2004 and Olivier Dahan’s La Vie en rose in 2008, and was chosen for her “je ne sais quoi”. We can’t wait for the unveiling of the campaign, which will happen later this year.     Nars is launching their Cool Crush Collection exclusively at TANGS

And trust us, you’ll definitely want to get it. The wearable line consists of scene-stealing shimmer, unexpected textures, and effortless neutral tones.  The must-haves of the range are definitely the Cool Crush Eyeshadow Palette ($90) and the How to Fix Cheek Palette ($75). The former has 12 shadows in a spectrum of shades ranging from softly diffused neutrals to striking blues and shimmering tones, while the latter consists of three blushers and a highlighter in universally flattering peachy-nude tones. The Private Blend Rose Prick Eau de Parfum ($473) is an intoxicating mix of florals that unfurls into a blooming bouquet of smouldering spice and skin-gripping musk. “Inspired by my own rose garden, Rose Prick is a wild bouquet of intoxicating and rare hybrids. A trilogy of Rose de Mai, Turkish and Bulgarian roses,” explains Ford. Captured in a matte opaque rose pink bottle and capped with a matte black metal inset, the flacon has the sleek, architectural look of a chess piece. Dior’s Garden of Light collection is one of the prettiest we’ve seen this season
Inspired by the delicacy and fresh colours of a Japanese garden and blossoming trees, the Garden of Light range ($50 – $102) is all about giving your complexion a rosy glow. When creating the designs for this range, Peter Philips, Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup, took inspiration from Gingko leaves, a symbol of radiance and longevity in Japan. Imprinted on the iridescent powder Diorskin Nude Luminizer Blushing Light ($84), this pink Gingko leaf enhances the complexion with intense freshness.
