The Treatment
This 105min treatment only uses Jyunka skincare products. After a thorough consultation, I am brought to the facial cabin where my treatment begins. It starts off with a relaxing decollete and shoulder massage followed by a double cleanse, peel and extraction procedure. My therapist then spritzes the Whitening Essence Mist that is used to gently massage my face using quick pinching motions to engage muscle movement. She then spreads a generous amount of the De-Sensitising Serum Gel that helps to hydrate skin and used an electroporation probe to allow the ingredients to penetrate quicker. Thereafter, she applies the Extreme Comfort Mask, which is rich in collagen and vitamin E to plump up complexions, repair skin and boost radiance. A cryotherapy probe is then used over the mask to allow better penetration of ingredients, plus soothe and tighten skin. The Blanc Mask — which consists of vitamin C, mulberry and grape extracts — is then massaged onto my skin, allowing it to foam up. Next, a laser probe is used to remove remaining bacteria on the skin’s surface while calming any residual redness. It also helps to stimulate collagen production, blood circulation and softens the look of fine lines. Basic skincare products are then applied and the treatment ends off with a shoulder massage.
Verdict
Facial treatments that are peppered with massages always gets my vote and this is definitely one of them. I also really like the idea of using two types of masks (one to hydrate, the other to brighten) and the results were pretty visible. My skin felt super smooth, soft and was definitely plumper and firmer.
