1. Dior Sauvage Parfum, $154 (60ml) and $217 (100ml)
How does the new Sauvage perfume set itself apart from the existing eau de toilette version? On the outside, the flacon of the latest iteration boasts of tinges of tangerine at the bottom of the bottle. When it comes to the juice, this scent begins with zesty bergamot from – a la typical Sauvage. Then, it opens to a new note of pulpy mandarin orange that amps the fragrance up in freshness, lending to it a new, sparkling and juicy aspect. For even more sensuality, the fragrance ends with elemi – that’s smoky and like mystical incense. 2. Gucci Ambrosia Di Fiori, $175 (50ml) and $235 (100ml)
A predecessor of the original Gucci Bloom eau de parfum by none other than Alessandro Michele and perfumer Alberto Morillas, its meant to be an even more intensified fragrance than the OG is. Retaining the notes of the first version’s trio of noble and rare flowers – jasmine bud extract, tuberose and rangoon creeper, this refreshed version is enhanced by two new ingredients. Namely the root of the iris flower – called orris – and Damascena rose. 3. Gucci Rouge a Levres Lunaison in 25 Goldie Red, $62
For the holidays, Gucci Beauty celebrates with a limited-edition duo of Rouge a Levres Satin lipsticks. Housed in the same art deco-inspired patterned and etched gold tubes, the lippies are given an iridescent twist on it – with three different types of glitter in this formula. Of course, its star red shade had to be included. 4. Gucci Rouge a Levres Lunaison in 710 Fay Turquoise, $62
The second lippie of the duo, a glimmery turquoise shade in a tube with a green cap. 5. Clarins Everlasting Youth Fluid, $62
More than just another foundation, this one from Clarins infuses skincare properties in it too. It taps on the collagen-boosting traits of the chicory to firm and brighten the skin, as well as the exfoliating prowess of the red jania plant to remove dead skin cells, which in turn gives rise to smooth, radiant skin. 6. Hera Holiday Multi Palette in Red, $88
Korean beauty brand Hera teams up with graphic designer, Annie Atkins – known for her graphic design work in “The Grand Budapest Hotel” – to revisit bold and daring retro makeup for the holiday. The collection incorporates elements from childhood board games of rolling the dice that’s complemented by a glamourous and modern interpretation of retro style packaging that plays on this year’s interior trend of velvet. The collection debuts with two new six-colour multi-palettes in Red and Brown while revisiting several of its star products with festive packaging – the brand’s Black Cushion, Cell Essence and Rouge Holic Velvet in Velvety Red and Velvety Brown. 7. Chantecaille Stress Repair Concentrate+ $350
Replacing its predecessor, the Stress Repair Concentrate – this amplified formula is enriched with peptide stem cell extracts that boost collagen and hyaluronic acid production, while anti-ageing and de-stressing new ingredients like wild indigo, hawthorn and Arabian jasmine leave the under-eyes looking brighter, lifted and more radiant. 8. Bybi Beauty Babe Balm Bronze
The brand’s first colour cosmetic and a new update to its iconic multi-purpose Babe Balm that’s in stores now – this tub of “instant golden hour” that’ll have you looking like a beach babe. It’s a hybrid of a moisturiser and a highlighter, thanks to its protective, moisturising benefits. Infused with sustainable coppery-gold micas, it gives you a natural, luminous highlight that resembles like sunshine hitting your face. 9. Innisfree Recycled Coffee Line
Because nothing is better than skincare that loves your skin and the planet. This month, Innisfree will be unveiling a new skincare line that recycles waste coffee grounds from the Green Cafe at Innisfree Jeju House – its flagship store and cafe in Jeju Island – and upcycle them into coffee powder and coffee oil to be used as special skincare ingredients in the four-piece Recycled Coffee Line. Expect purifying yet moisturising lip, body and face scrubs, along with a body wash too. 10. By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra Powder, $89
Cakey skin will be a thing of the past with this updated sheer lumi-matte setting powder from By Terry. It’s now available in eight tinted shades to plump the skin, blur imperfections and colour correct while being untraceable on the face. Adding to the hyaluronic acid and silica pearls from the original formula, this new powder also features hydrophobic pigments that are water-resistant.
