#1: Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Dream Face Cream, $89
When it comes to night creams, my major concern is how thick it would feel on my face — and I was surprised at how weightless this felt on my skin. It is meant to support the skin while you sleep (nighttime is the ideal time where skin regenerates) and is made with the brand’s Super Lotus to detoxify and de-stress the skin, minimise and prevent first signs of ageing, brighten and impart essential antioxidant protection, which works to neutralise free radicals that attack the skin during the day. The morning after I applied the cream, my skin was much clearer and more radiant. I also love the mild peach scent that is super calming and relaxing. #2: Dior Rosy Glow in No.002 Lolli’ Glow, $75
Although this may look a tad too bright and fluorescent on the pan, it is actually really wearable and blends easily onto my skin. The bubble gum pink creates a rosy glow on the cheeks and is great for every day. #3: Clarins Joli Rouge Velvet Lipstick in Spicy Cinnamon, $40
This has been my go-to lippie as it glides on so smoothly and easily onto my puckers and does not settle into my lip lines. Plus, its got a great scent that is not too pungent. It gives an intense colour payoff with a satin finish that lasts for hours. I’m in love. #4: Hera Golden Pig Collection Age Reverse Cushion, $80
I really like how this looks on my skin after application — flawless, radiant and smooth. It also reportedly helps to mask unevenness and has a long-lasting formula while imparting moisture to the skin and overtime, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. #5: Dior Capture Youth Age-Delay Resurfacing Waterr, $100
With its lightweight texture and water-based formula, this absorbs quickly and prevents clogged pores, making it a perfect solution for those living in warmer environments like Singapore. Papaya enzymes and antioxidant-rich iris florentina work together to slough away the layer of dead cells accumulated on the surface of the skin from pollution and other grime and dirt found in the city’s air. Thus, preventing skin dullness and congestion. The duo of ingredients also stimulate cell renewal and glyoxalase production (a set of enzymes that carry out a detoxification process) for brighter, clearer and more resilient skin. #6: Chantecaille Blanc Gardenia Whitening Essence, $310
A non-sticky serum always gets my vote and this even comes with a pleasant scent to it. Ultimately, it works to brighten my skin and I notice how my complexion appears more radiant the morning after. Thanks to a combination of plant stem cells and powerful botanical extracts from the gardenia flower, this helps to fade away dark spots and boost luminosity. Main image: Showbit.com
