Flower by Kenzo has just revealed its newest Eau de Parfum (EDP) called Le Cushion ($63); and yes, as its name suggests, it comes packaged in a cushion compact. A first for the brand, its newest scent comes in the form of a translucent jelly and applies just like any other cushion compact (we recommend you pat it on your wrists, temples and neck). Not only is it really fuss-free, it acts as a great travel companion and makes touching up on-the-go a breeze. Its key notes include Bulgarian rose, blackcurrant and pink pepper, which are then mixed with white musks and vanilla for a cheerful, fresh floral scent that’s not too overpowering.
The latter is Cle de Peau Beaute’s Synactif Gel Cream Perfume, its calming blend of lemon anise, basil, rose, verbena and lemongrass optimally released when the rich cream comes into contact with one’s natural body temperature. A Fragrance Powder Encapsulation Technology is said to help the scent last hours, while hyaluronic acid and a Clarity-improving Complex does what the product looks like it’s supposed to do: hydrate skin.
