Previously favoured by smaller, independent beauty brands, Kombucha is fast becoming an It ingredient even with the big names. The LVMH-owned Fresh, for example, has created a kombucha-laced spin-off of its best-selling Black Tea range. A silky liquid, its Black Tea Kombucha Facial Treatment Essence ($108) is said to fight free radical damage, protect against environmental aggressors, boost luminosity, as well as reduce the look of fine lines. And if you’re wondering: No, it doesn’t reek one bit of vinegar.
