new facials

#1: Art by Verita’s Needleless Skin Booster Facial Treatment, $450

This treatment is ideal for dull complexions that are showing early signs of ageing such as fine lines and wrinkles. It uses two key techniques known as the porous fine herbal needle and a patented New Cellular Treatment Factor (NCTF). The former (don’t worry, it is not an actual needle) is a new peeling concept that helps to form dead skin cells quicker so that once removed, will reveal new, healthy skin that’s a lot more radiant. This is extremely safe as it is 100 per cent biodegradable within 36 hours. The latter, on the other hand, is applied to the skin by hand in a gentle circular motion. It nourishes tired and lacklustre complexions with a blend of nutrient-rich ingredients, providing deep hydration while stimulating collagen synthesis and production. The result: skin feels softed, brighter and plumper.

#2: Sugar K Red Carpet Eye Treatment, $68

While many facial treatments target the entire face, this focuses on the skin around your peepers. Not only does it help to brighten, it also increases blood circulation, hydrates and reduces the appearance of dark under eye circles. This uses an electroporation therapy, which allows for optimal product absorption, meaning the electric pulses penetrate further into the skin to smooth out wrinkles and deliver optimum moisture. This pain-free stimulation reduces the appearance of eye-bags and dark under eye circles as well. It is then further enhanced with Kew Organics’ Cacao Hibiscus Age Defying Eye Serum that targets chronological ageing by strengthening capillaries and firming the skin.

#3: EstheClinic Intensive Acne Treatment, $380

If you’ve got acne-prone skin, then this is definitely for you. It combines an Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and Light-Emitting Diodes (LED) treatment, which targets different layers of the skin to reduce inflammation while killing bacteria caused by acne. The former emits high-intensity pulses of light to promote collagen production, rejuvenate and heal skin from within with no downtime. It also improves skin texture, treat enlarged pores and fade out acne scars. Skin is then exposed to a precise sequence of intensive but non-thermal blue and red light pulses that work quickly and effectively to kill acne bacteria deep within the pores. With acne breakouts calmed, the treatment relieves the skin, allowing it to begin its repair process.

#4: Epion Star Facial, $550

This is known to be one of the clinic’s signature treatment that combines two innovative technologies. The Sciton Skintyte 2 is a non-invasive treatment that deeply heats the dermis (the pain is pretty bearable) to increase collagen and elastin production for an intense tightening effect. It also lifts the skin of your forehead, cheeks, jawline and neck. Next, the Hydrafacial (which consists of four different steps and is painless) helps to exfoliate and hydrate skin at the same time. You will then be treated to a 24K Gold revitalising mask to boost radiance, minimize pores and moisturise for a plumper and younger-looking complexion.

#5: Art by Verita Cyrolift Correct Hydra Therapy, $210

Ideal for dry and dehydrated complexions, this treatment provides deep hydration to skin cells to replenish and boost moisture levels. After a cleanse, cryotherapy is then done to infuse the skin with a Hydra Cryo-Serum, an intense rehydration serum with micro-filler effect, which treats dehydrated skin. It contains several ingredients with moisturising properties such as pro-vitamin B5, which enhances hydric balance and replenishes the skin’s moisture barrier, as well as a high concentration of hyaluronic acid. This leaves the skin firm and hydrated, without any discomfort.
