These Are The Organic Beauty Brands To Know Now

These beauty brands not only make products which are good for our skin, but also for our planet (and if you’re a purveyor of the two, you’ll want to read on). And while natural and organic skincare may fall under the same category, the two definitely have their differences. The former contains ingredients that are mostly sourced from nature rather than created synthetically. However, they sometimes use synthetic versions of natural ingredients such as vitamin E. Do note though that these products are not made with petrochemicals, parabens, sodium lauryl and other harmful ingredients.

Organic skincare, on the other hand, only uses organically-farmed ingredients (prepared and grown without pesticides, chemical fertilisers, growth hormones and/or antibiotics) to create their products, and do not use any synthetic ingredients at all. Now with the basics locked down, here are the organic beauty brands to put on your radar.

#1: Espa Skincare
Known for its luxurious spas around the world (it has started created more than 15 body therapies, massages, and facials, including treatments tailored for men), the brand is one of the pioneers in the science of natural beauty and prides itself on using ethically-sourced ingredients. Apart from skincare products, there’s also a home and body care line where body oils, shampoos, and candles are being sold. #2: Kew Organics
You don’t have to look far to find organic skincare products. Homegrown beauty brand Kew Organics has a comprehensive range of skincare products which are, of course, all made with organically-derived ingredients, making it suitable even for those with sensitive skin. #3: E Nature
We love K-beauty so of course, we had to add this Korean organic beauty brand to the list. E Nature is based on the principle of creating innovative formulas by weaving cutting-edge Korean technology with the safest and most effective naturally-sourced ingredients. Although it may still be very under-the-radar, the products are a force to be reckoned with. #4: Canvas
This Australian beauty brand creates products that are formulated with essential oils of the highest grade to encourage skin regeneration and each of its formulations contain at least 94 per cent natural, organic ingredients. It also recently launched its newest skincare range, the Rose Otto Ultra Regenerating series, which focuses on using rose otto essential oils, which is renowned for its anti-ageing properties.   #5: Herbivore Botanicals
From French pink clay to Brazilian gemstones, this American skincare brand uses a variety of natural, organically-sourced ingredients to formulate effective treatments that combine essential vitamins, minerals, and botanicals to restore skin. Besides skincare, the brand also offers a few body care products such as soap bars and body oils. P/S: it also has one of the most Instagrammable packagings. Like this?
