The 90-minute treatment starts of with a relaxing shoulder and neck massage using lemongrass oil, after which the therapist double cleanses my face and does a quick analysis to determine the condition of my skin to help decide on the different serums to be used in the oxygen treatment. She follows up with a scrub, then steams my face to open up my pores. A quick and painless extraction follows, after which she applies toner to my skin and begins the two-part oxygen section of the facial. Using an applicator spray gun, which uses pure oxygen to push in nutrients from serums and rejuvenate skin, she first airbrushes a hydrating solution over my entire face. She then switches to a Skinceuticals Phyto Corrective liquid to soothe sensitivity and repeats the entire process. After patting in the excess essence onto my face, a collagen sheet mask is then placed over my face and left on for 15 minutes. I am then treated to a firm facial massage to help lift facial contours and as a final step, Skinceuticals basic skincare is applied to my face.
I love how this facial gives fast results but is still extremely pampering. It is peppered with facial, neck and shoulder massages throughout the treatment to leave you utterly relaxed, and also gives your complexion an immediate glow after. My skin looked plumper and dewy, while fine lines on my forehead were noticeably less obvious. $380, Freia Aesthetics (#19-02 Wisma Atria Office Tower), tel: 6735-8180
