Did Miranda Kerr make a beauty product that will attract love into your life?

The gorgeous former Victoria’s Secret angel Miranda Kerr has had the whole radiance thing down pat for years. While genetics, diet and exercise has a lot to do with her ethereal lit-from within glow, she’s also a firm believer of the benefits of organic beauty products. The Aussie model is so passionate about wellness and beauty, she even received a certificate to be a Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2010. Miranda funnelled her passion for self-care and organic skincare into her own beauty line Kora Organics.

Along with skin-loving ingredients like rosehip oil, olive oil, pomegranate, the secret to her line is Noni juice. Noni is a fruit native to the south pacific islands.

It is a powerful antioxidant, containing more than 100 vitamins and minerals. This hero ingredient that are in Kora Organics products such as the Noni Glow Body Oil, Noni Glow Skinfood Dietary Supplement Powder and Noni Glow Face Oil is something that has been a part of her life since she was 13.

Miranda Kerr tied the knot with Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel last year, but the athleisure guru still remembers how it feels to go through heartbreak. That is why the model decided to filter every single one of the Kora Organics oils through a rose quartz crystal. In an interview with the American media, Miranda explained that the crystal “brings the vibration of love, and it’s really good for your wellbeing”

The baby-faced beauty also added that the rose quartz crystal used for the filtration process belongs to her and is used to activate the heart chakra so “you’re more willing to give and receive love.” So if you need a little help in the love department, wearing Kora Organics products on your face could be an alternative to wearing rose quartz crystals around your wrist.

At present, you can buy Kora Organics products from its official website and Net-A-Porter.com but come Mar 29, 2018, Kora Organics will be available in Singapore and sold exclusively through Sephora. Prices of Kora Organics products range from $43 for a cleanser to $85 for a face oil. To help you decide whether these products are worth the splurge, here is our honest review on Kora Organics beauty products.

#1: Rose Quartz Luminizer, $39
What it claims:  This organic emollient balm melts into the skin for added hydration and delivers a sheer luminous colour. Formulated with nourishing certified organic noni fruit extract, coconut and rosehip oils and brightening rose quartz and mica, this balm works to moisturise the skin and enhance your natural glow. What it does: I don’t know for sure whether this rose quartz luminizer will help you in your love life but it does give you a super-natural glow unlike most powder type highlighters that tend to be too glittery and sparkly.  This balm leaves the skin with just the right amount of luminescence (almost like how your skin would glow after a facial treatment) and is great if you are not looking for anything too dramatic. Because it comes in a balm form, there is less mess involved, and there’s less wastage too. Also, this luminizer is perfect for those with dry skin because it is made with hydrating oils so it doesn’t dry out the skin like some powder type highlighters.  I would recommend applying this product on your nose bridge, highest points of your cheeks and on your cupid’s bow. What it claims: Made with powerful organic Noni extract, rosehip and sunflower seeds oils, this luxurious yet lightweight multi-purpose body treatment oil instantly nourishes the skin, delivers lasting hydration and helps with the skin rejuvenation. What it does: This body oil does everything it claims. It spreads easily and takes less than a minute to sink in. Skin remains touchably smooth and silky all day even without reapplication, and it’s not the least bit sticky and greasy. Photo: Kora Organics Instagram #3: Balancing Rose Mist, $43
What it claims: This replenishing and nourishing mist spiked with rose flower water, geranium oil, hibiscus and Noni extracts gives tight parched skin an instant boost of hydration. What it does: I’ve tried many face mists and unfortunately this face mist fell short of my expectations. One of my pet peeves is when mists smear your makeup when they come out too quickly in a harsh burst. This super fine mist doesn’t do that, however, it doesn’t really do much for my dry skin. My skin felt just as tight and dehydrated as it did before spritzing the face mist. Another potential con is that it has a faint rose scent that can be quite overpowering if you don’t like floral fragrances. Photo: Kora Organics Instagram #4: Noni Glow Face Oil, $85

What it claims: This mix of Noni fruit, acai, blueberry, mangosteen, and pomegranate as well as immune boosting green tea, chlorella and elderberry, aims to energise cellular health and digestive functions. What it does: I’ve only had it for a couple of days so I can’t tell you if it makes you glow from within, but this product does help you to debloat. I drank it alone (with water), with soy milk and with fruit juice. I didn’t love it alone because it tasted too much like prune juice. I would definitely recommend mixing it with other fruits and vegetables in the blender because it’s almost undetectable in a smoothie. I also love how it’s in small sachets, so I can take it around with me. Photo: Kora Organics Instagram This story first appeared on www.herworld.com. Like this?
