Joining the robust lineup of Korean skincare brands available in Singapore is Thelavicos, which can be found at local beauty company Bon Elements. The name is a portmanteau of “the” in English, “la vie” (life) in French, and “cosmetics” in English, and this new skincare series from South Korea focuses on enhancing strategic skin concerns with targeted solutions for clearer, healthier skin.
The brand has three different ranges, one for dehydrated skin types and two for mature skin. The former, known as Thelavicos Most Active Skincare, consists of two creams, an emulsion, lotion and toner. All the products in the series are made with Oligo-HA, which is a patented moisturising and skin tightening ingredient, as well as six different types of algae extracts from Jeju. Ulleungdo deep sea water that is rich in minerals and nutrients is also infused to keep skin deeply hydrated and strengthen its natural mechanism.
Its Nutrition Skincare series comprises two products: a cream and a serum. These products are formulated with Swiftlet Nest Extract to effectively activate cells for skin regeneration, three types of peptides to recover lipid between skin cells for firmer and tighter skin, as well as red ginseng extracts for antioxidant benefits. The result: skin looks healthier, plumper and firmer.
Lastly, its Bio-Repair range features a cream, emulsion, essence, toner, eye cream and a sheet mask. They aid in repairing skin and treating lines and wrinkles. Snow lotus extract, edelweiss callus culture extract, acerola cherry and pomegranate all work together to boost radiance, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and revitalise skin.
Besides the above collections, the brand is also known for its Enzyme Washing Powder. It is meant to cleanse skin without stripping away essential oils and prep it for the application of other skincare products. The mild powder-type cleanser contains superfood extracts, enzymes and ceramides to protect and hydrate skin while centella asiatica extracts soothe and calms.
