Fashion blogger Nicole Wong (popularly known as NC Wong) is known for her cool, hipster and edgy fashion looks and she certainly didn’t disappoint with her ROM outfit. It may not be what most brides would wear for their ROM but we love her unique and fuss-free style! And we can’t wait to see what she and her hubby will wear for her wedding next year! Here are 5 things we love:

The reality of us both. Hair in a mess and heels got ditched.

Her super-chic long white dress! It look minimalist chic and looks great with both sneaker or heels
“So I basically just got a white dress – all it needed to be was long, white and sleeveless and I wore heels; I changed into Converse sneakers straight after the signing. The dress is from Keepsake, an Australian label. It’s nice for an ROM dress and it’s something I can wear after the occasion.”

Her beauty look. It matched the outfit perfectly easy and pretty
“I did my own hair and makeup for the day. No one knows your taste and flaws like yourself!”

The oversized bouquet
Okay, so this wasn’t her bridal bouquet (“It was actually a gift from a friend’s mom. I went without a bouquet as I wanted to keep things as fuss-free as possible.”), but as part of her wardrobe, the casual paper-wrapped bouquet complemented her quirky, edgy look.

That added sparkle
How cute is that beaded head band (from Lovisa) when worn with her fluid, layered dress and sneakers? With heels for the ceremony, she would have looked elegant and quite the ‘debutante’ bride; but with sneakers, the look is young, and street-chic. Fab!

The dapper groom
The groom looked smart in a black Kevin Seah suit and tie -simple, sleek, fuss-free and stylish.
