“We had a rustic-chic solemnisation ceremony and celebration during the day, and then dinner with an enchanted forest theme.
Floral designer Harijanto of Boenga really outdid himself as he created a stage backdrop, complete with cascading flowers, that was based on A Midsummer Night’s Dream. He even incorporated the floating candles, like the ones seen in Harry Potter’s Great Hall of Hogwarts, that I wanted.
The wedding was an occasion for us to celebrate our love and commitment to each other in the presence of God and our favourite people. One of my favourite moments was when my six-year-old niece ran up to me, hugged me, and said she was so happy that we’ve gotten married. Our photos were amazing too. Photographer Yu Hsin captured some truly priceless moments.”

Special Thanks: Our wedding entourage, who bottled and tagged 300 favours, and worked tirelessly on the day itself to ensure everything ran smoothly. My closest friend, Malories, who worked hard to make the wedding special for us and did the personalised cut-out escort cards for guests.
