Henrietta Yap and Wang Lei chose to wed near the Great Wall of China as it signifies strength and timelessness. She tells us:

A Romantic Wedding At The Commune Of The Great Wall 3

“Our wedding marked the start of our new life together and the union of both our families. We had a celebration in Beijing and chose the Commune of the Great Wall as our wedding venue because the Great Wall signifies strength and timelessness – which is what our relationship is built on. We really liked the unspoiled natural beauty of that area.

A Romantic Wedding At The Commune Of The Great Wall 4The exchanging of vows was probably the most touching and emotional part of the entire wedding, especially sinces ours were completely spontaneous! The photograhers managed to capture many natural, unplanned emotions between us and our guests, which is so much more appealing than posed photos.”
