“Firstly, facial treatments before the wedding are a must for radiant big-day skin. For brides with very dry skin, it’s best to consult yorur beautician or dermatologist on how long you should start before the wedding. For the busy bride who can’t afford time to go for regular facials, they should at least put on a hydrating or brightening mask the night before or on morning of the wedding. If it’s in the morning, put it on at least 30 minures before makeup application. I personally like the masks from SK-II, and some from Korean brands.” – Kenneth Lee, makeup artist for actress Joanne Peh’s wedding.
“Start regular exercise and have our meals on time. There’s nothing like a healthy lifestyle to get a positive mindset and radiant skin. You’ll look every part the glowing bride and also have enough energy to last you through the day. Secondly, try anti-aging products. Skin starts showing signs of aging from when you’re in your late 20s to early 30s. I recommend the La Biosthetique range of facial care products – you’ll feel the difference in days! Alternate between the Serum Hydratant, Serum Revitalisant and Serum Depigmentant for better results.” – Khai Lee, makeup artist for actress Carol Lin’s wedding.

“I always recommend brides to go for regular massages. It can drain excess fluid from the body as well as the lymphatic system. This helps in getting toner and firmer skin. Regular facials are essential as well, but if they’re strapped for time, brides can consider carbon laser treatments for reducing fines lines, blemishes and lightening the appearance of scars.” – Shaun Lee, whose celeb clientele includes actresses Rebecca Lim, Belinda Lee and Jesseca Liu

“Some of my facial favourite treatments include the Estetica GeneO+ Super Facial as well as Bioskin’s Stem Cell Face Treatment. The former is a combination of three procedures that tightens the skin, gives it a lift by regenerating collagen and infuses it with a host of nutrient-rich active ingredients and oxygen for a refreshed and velvety smooth texture. The latter is an anti-aging treatment that repairs damaged skin cells and accelerates skin cell growth using apple stem cell extracts. It also promotes oxygenation within skin tissues so brides will look youthful and revitalized.” –Peter Khor, makeup artist for actress Yvonne Lim’s wedding and actress Zoe Tay.
