Peter LangnerHow did you get into designing wedding dresses?
I’ve worked for Christian Lacroix, Emanuel Ungaro and Guy Laroche among others. I opened my first atelier when I moved to Rome in 1989, and started designing bridal dresses. It was a natural move. Our brand is unique and stands for quality, success, German precision, Italian elegance, Spanish flair and French taste.

SP15 NEW YORK BRIDAL FASHION WEEK What details, silhouettes and fabrics are you loving right now?
I’m loving sheath gowns in light fabrics like silk, satin and chiffon, which are perfect for every bride. My challenge is to find new techniques to create or reinvent silhouettes and structures. research is my leitmotif.

What’s going to be big this year?
I will be presenting two emerging trends in my latest collection: Off-shoulder styles and refreshing colours like various shades of nude, blush and champagne for a more feminine, delicate touch.
