American pop star Billie Eilish is bringing her global Happier Than Ever, The World Tour to Singapore on August 21 for a one-night-only show at the National Stadium. Ticket pre-sales will start from June 24 while general ticket sales will begin from June 28 via Ticketmaster’s website and SingPost outlets. Prices range from $130 to $310.
The Singapore leg of the global tour is a homecoming for the 20-year-old who had played at Laneway Festival in 2019. We spoke to her on the sidelines of her performance when she was still a teenage phenom from Los Angeles with many Grammy nominations and outstanding monthly streams on Spotify.
A Chanel-clad Billie Eilish walked home with major awards at the 2020 Grammys – Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Album of the Year – for her debut album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?.
Today, Eilish has seven Grammys under her belt and holds the honour as the youngest person to snag the major Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Album of the Year accolades for her debut album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? (2019).
A favourite of luxury brands such as Gucci and Chanel, Eilish has also shown off her fashion chops, becoming the poster child for co-ord dressing and baggy chic. More recently, she is showing off a softer image that draws from influences such as classic pin-up stars.
