Consider this an extension to Gucci Garden that opened last year in Florence, Italy, the Italian label’s multi-concept space that combined an exhibition space, a cinema room as well as their first gourmet restaurant, Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura. Now the brand is transporting that gourmet concept here with Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura — Singapore Edition, a 60-seater pop-up that is slated to open next month (May 1 – 26) at The Arts House.
Food-wise, the Singapore edition was developed in collaboration with three Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura and head chef of Gucci Osteria, Karime Lopez. The Singapore pop-up represents the first international edition of the Gucci Osteria concept and as such, expect contemporary Italian staples such as lasagna with a twist, combining the traditional with “the best of global cuisine”.
The dishes will be served on crockery from the Gucci Decor line, while the interior is said to be invoke “contemporary Renaissance vibes”. We can’t wait.
Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura — Singapore Edition will be open for dinner ($278++) from Tuesday to Sunday while lunch ($128++ to $228++) is only served from Friday to Sunday. Make your reservations here.
