“It keeps me cool and hides bad hair days – of which I have many. A white Panama also makes most casual get-ups look slightly more elegant.”

“I like to travel light when I’m out and about so this little bag keeps my essentials within easy reach. The chain strap can also be shortened as and when I want to sling it over my shoulder as a handbag.”
#5: White leather sneakers
“I live in sneakers and my white leather Converse sneakers are my constant travel companion. They match with everything and they can be easily cleaned.”

“It’s great for a quick, refreshing spritz especially after long flights.”

“This is the best sunblock I’ve come across (and I’ve tried a lot!), especially for people with tanned skin. It’s not too thick and greasy and provides great, long lasting coverage. I’ve stopped using foundation or concealer and now use this in place as a base for my daytime makeup.”

“I load it up with the newest NY Times Best Seller list before each trip and spend my time on the plane and in transit catching up on my reading. It’s tiny and light and the adjustable backlit is much easier on the eyes than an iPad in my opinion.”

“I get really cold on the plane and this jacket feels like a soft blanket. The new wider hood design also keeps my head feeling nice and snug.”

“My travel wardrobe is usually monochromatic to make for easier packing and mixing and matching. I always make sure I have at least one white dress that can be worn casually in the day or dressed up with jewellery and a pair of heels at night. Current favourites include pieces from In Good Company and Bimba Y Lola.”
