brunch party long chim
At Long Chim, chef David Thompson whips up Thai street food-inspired dishes with a modern touch.

There have been a slew of pop-up brunches happening all over town, but the latest one to join the line-up is probably the raunchiest one to debut. Dubbed Filthy & Gorgeous, the cabaret-themed brunch event’s first sold-out event was held in February, and will return this Saturday, April 4, at slick celebrity chef-run restaurant Long Chim (#02-02 Marina Bay Sands).

Add to that a 15-course menu featuring chef David Thompson’s signature Thai dishes and free-flow beverages (from 12pm to 4pm), and you’ll be left completely sated and wishing all your weekends would be this amazing. $125 (for free-flow drinks) or $175 (for free-flow champagne), email jt@imaginoire.co or contact Jeannette at 9778-4298 to book a table
