On Thursday, September 1, see how an amateur chef races against time – 48 hours, to be exact – to come up with an original 5-course dinner menu for guests. The chef in question: Macau-bred art director Clay Kuok, who is currently based in Singapore. Thanks to her family of foodies and rich travel experiences, expect fusion plates that feature elements from around the world, such as a dish combining sushi, paella, claypot and fried rice, and refreshing sugarcane and gin slushies. #2: Four Hands Dinner
What do you get when you put two incredible cooking talents together? One smashing eight-course dinner, that’s what. Next Thursday, September 8, chef Ryan Clift of Tippling Club will team up with Spanish chef Josean Alija of Nerua restaurant at Guggenheim Bilbao to create a tantalising menu featuring their ultra-progressive and innovative dishes.
