Fashion week frenzy will be upon us soon, but before the Spring Summer 2016 shows kick off, we take a look at three fresh-faced Asian models whose stars look set to rise higher.

Kouka Webb

Since she made her runway debut walking for brands like Marc Jacobs and Bottega Veneta last Spring, Webb’s been featured in the pages of top fashion reads such as Vogue Japan and W Magazine (the latter shot her alongside popular Korean model Soo Joo Park in March).

The lanky 19-year-old of Japanese-British heritage, whose androgynous appeal makes her a very versatile face, most recently fronted Armani Exchange’s Fall 2015 campaign. Follow her Instagram account for quirky snaps of her globetrotting adventures in London, Tokyo and New York.

First discovered on Instagram (like our very own Female collective member and Marc Jacobs girl Nadia Rahmat), Arora’s striking looks – with unbrushed brows a la Cara Delevingne – have earned her spots in countless Fall Winter ’15 shows, from Alexander Wang to Salvatore Ferragamo and Balmain.

The 27-year-old Indian national, whose agency The Society Management was behind Kendall Jenner’s big break in the modelling world, was also called a breakout star in a WSJ report earlier in March. Her Instagram account shows how dedicated she is to her work, as it’s mostly populated with snaps of her in runway looks and features in Vogue and Love Magazine.

Fernanda Ly

It’s hard not to notice how far Australian-Chinese model Fernanda Ly has come: Her maiden runway appearance took place at Louis Vuitton’s Fall ’15 show in March, and she closed the brand’s Cruise ’16 show in May. And all that at only 18 years of age.

Inasmuch as her signature candy cotton pink hair has become quite the fixation with the media and fans alike (she dyes it herself, according to an interview with i-D magazine), it’s Ly’s quiet self-assurance and cute Harajuku-meets-goth outfits on her Instagram account that will put her at the top of her game – and keep her 44,000 followers hungry for more.
