Here's How To Style These Designer Baseball Caps Like A Fashion Girl

Whether it’s for a fashion statement or purely for practicality, a baseball cap is something we all own. These hats are perfect for throwing on on bad-hair days, for adding a tomboy-ish element to your get-up and even for shading you from the sun.

Some of our favourite fashion girls have been sporting the baseball cap on the ‘gram lately and we think it’s time ditch the baker boy hats and pull out the classic baseball cap. Here are some of our favourite looks.

1. Kendall Jenner

we didn’t win anything 😔

Model Kendall Jenner wears a NY Yankees cap with a square-neck camisole and jeans. She proves that sticking with the basics isn’t always a bad thing – paired with sneakers and a fanny pack, this get-up would look put together for a casual day out.

2. Bella Hadid

Model Bella Hadid opts for a more tom-boyish look. She wears her cap backwards, giving it a more laid-back vibe. She pairs it with a bralette, a bum bag and boy shorts. We love that this outfit is both stylish and comfortable.

3. Irene Kim

Korean It-girl Irene Kim’s take on the baseball cap is perfect for the girl that’s always travelling. A good oversized hoodie, sneakers and a cap to cover a bad-hair day is a realistic – and put together – airport get-up.

4. Linda Hao

Stylist, DJ and Female collective member, Linda Hao wears her cap with a strong cat-eye sunglasses. We love the contrast between the casual hat and the statement eyepiece.

5. Tabitha Nauser

If you’re into an edgy, hype-beast fashion, local artist Tabitha Nauser’s get-up is outfit inspiration. She pairs her cap with an all-black body-suit and with a high and embellished neck line. For a pop of colour, she opts for an oversized bright-red jacket.

Canvas cap, Gucci
Ditch your basic NY Yankees cap for this one that features the brand’s iconic monogram print. Velvet cap, Moncler
Don’t be afraid to play with textures on your caps. This velvet one could make a great accent piece to any staid outfit.   Cotton cap, Burberry
This cap comes in Burberry’s classic check print — we especially love the cool vinyl peak.   Clyde wool cap, US$202 (SGD$ 277),
This one comes in a timeless houndstooth print and with a cool tie-fastening strap. If you’re looking for something different or feminine, this one’s for you.   Nylon cap, Prada
We’re digging the monkey print on this cap, giving it a quirky aesthetic. Maison Michel suede cap, $1,228,
We’d pair this rich, royal blue cap with an all-black outfit for a cool pop of colour. Vans polyester cap, $81,
This cap is a collaboration between Blue Vans and Van Gogh Museum. And might we say, a steal.
