Earlier this year, German sportswear giant Puma announced its collaboration with British model-turned actress Cara Delevingne for the “Do You” campaign that aims to inspire women to be confident in their own skin. The four-part docu-series has finally premiered and covers topics like youth empowerment, bullying and even self-defense. Delevingne spent several months seeking out inspiring women and speaking directly to them as they share their unique stories and strong points of view on ways to change and improve our world.
Along with the docu-series, the brand has also launched its latest follow-up style of the iconic Basket Heart sneaker made popular in the 70s. The newest crop ($139) comes in three different colourways: toreador red, Puma black, and blue depths. It has also retained its signature white Puma form stripe emblazoned on the leather upper.
But here’s what we love the most about the new collection: the sneakers feature the brand’s famous oversized knitted laces which are now covered entirely in Puma branding. Our tip? Knot up the chunky laces into a bow for a more feminine, debonair look.
