You may be more familiar with her sister, but that’s probably because Italian designer Sara Battaglia (above) has been busy building a name for her six-year-old label. It’s now a favourite accessory of choice with the fashion set – Anna Dello Russo’s been spotted with a custom-made clutch from the brand with her name emblazoned on the front, and Giovanna is (naturally) a firm supporter.
The brand’s signature design is a modern update of bohemian chic, with luxurious fringe details added to nappa leather totes, top handle bags and backpacks, all of which are made in Italy. Pieces from the Fall Winter 2015 collection ($1,400-$1,950) will debut exclusively on July 13 at luxury accessories boutique On Pedder (which is also housing another exciting Minions-themed launch). The designer herself will be making an appearance here, so stay tuned for more on that.
