Club 21 has long made its name as the purveyor of the coolest designer labels sourced from all over the world. Now, it’s unveiled a revamped e-commerce site that serves as a one-stop shop for everything you could possibly wish for.
On the new site, men, women and children’s clothing are all well covered, though they’ve also expanded into lifestyle brands, retailing organic beauty brands such as John Masters and Rahua, stationery from British brand Smythson and books such as the vaunted Louis Vuitton City Guides series.
Don’t think the prices will cost the kitchen sink though – Club 21 has curated a collection that hits up every band in the spectrum, from Aussie favourite Lucas Paw Paw’s affordable lip balms to new contemporary brands like Etre Cecile (above), founded by perennial cool girl Yasmin Sewell, that sit comfortably between sky-high designer prices and your $10 tee.
Supporters of local and Asian emerging talents won’t be left out either – the extensive range runs the gamut from local hits such as In Good Company to Hong Kong womenswear label Jourden (it’s known for modern yet girly pieces), South Korea menswear brand Juun J (look to it for structured, tailored separates) and China menswear label Ziggy Chen (if you dig muted hues and oversized silhouettes, you’ll dig this).
Singapore shoppers, in particular, will be well-spoilt: Expect free deliveries and returns to selected retail stores as well as free alterations (for full-priced items only). As if that isn’t enticing enough, the site has also been designed with ease of use in mind – one shared basket serves both Club 21 and kids21.com.
