New York fashion house Coach does not hold back when it comes to quirky, conceptual pop-ups – and they’ve done it once again with their latest ice cream truck pop-up. Named The Coach Tabby Shop, the mobile ice cream pop-up will be set up in four different locations from March 10 till March 26.

Choose from bespoke flavours crafted specially for the pop-up like Yuzu Mango Tango and Honey Lavender, as well as Strawberry Dreams and Evergreen Matcha – all inspired by the new colours of the Coach Tabby Bag.

Swathed in cotton candy pink and topped with a massive Coach Tabby Bag, the pop-up – done in collaboration with Malaysian ice cream parlour Inside Scoop – will be offering the first 500 people complimentary scoops of ice cream when they complete the Tabby Personality Quiz.

The Coach Tabby Shop pop-up highlights new styles from the brand’s beloved Tabby Bag line, a silhouette by Creative Director Stuart Vevers based off an archival design from the ’70s.

Happening every Friday to Sunday, the pop-up starts off today at 313 Somerset (right outside H&M) until this Sunday, before making its way to PLQ Plaza at Paya Lebar Quarter (March 17-19). It will then park at the driveway along Li Ka Shing Library at Singapore Management University from March 21 to 22. Its final stop: at Bugis+ on March 24-26. Besides the sweet treats, customers will also get to check out Coach’s latest Spring 2023 collection. The new collection will also showcase other Tabby Bag styles like the Pillow Tabby shoulder bag and Tabby Box.

This is the brand’s first pop-up event of the year, following its other exciting concepts recently, which included a joint pop-up with Two Men Bagel House last year and a vintage concept store in a Chinatown shophouse in 2021.
