If you’re pretty well-versed with this South Korean brand, then you probably know that it does not offer the standard shopping experience to its customers. Decorated with art exhibits and displays, the stores in Seoul are known for being extremely unique – and the Singapore flagship outlet located at Ion (slated to open in September) will be no different. Named as “Samsara”, which means ‘Reincarnation’ in Sanskrit, the themed-store represents the “inescapable cycle of life”, visualised into abstract images and artworks that pepper the store.
Besides its impressive interior, the brand’s eyewear pieces are as interesting and experimental as its decor, and yes, the full range will be retailing here in Singapore. What to look out for: the store will be bringing in the Tilda Swinton collection, a collaboration done with the multi-faceted star – what’s not to love?
