Ditch Them Micro Sunglasses, These Shades Are Having A Moment In Fashion Now

Even the chief of the tiny sunglass wave, Bella Hadid, has moved on.

Now that it’s actually sunny season, your choice of sunglass is no longer just for show. Those sensational tiny sunglasses perched on everyone’s noses last season? They’re last season.

At the height of athleisure meets ugly-chic fashion, we present another one to add to list: Sporty, oversized shades. Just think of your dad’s prized Oakley’s, or what one would wear to golf, cycle or ski.

Last month, Bella Hadid was seen sporting a pair to Virgil Abloh’s Louis Vuitton presentation, together with a monochromatic sporty- chic get-up – which she totally killed, by the way.

Not to forget, Kim Kardashian West and daughter North shared an adorable mummy-daughter moment whereby the two were spotted in co-ordinating eyewear by which she chummily captioned “Twinning”.

We may have raised our brows when they first surfaced on Instagram but really what’s not to love when they’re comfortable as heck (take cues from your dad or uncle), are obviously less flimsy than conventional shades that sustain a costly injury at every accident, and mostly come with mirrored lenses (which means nobody can clock you for staring).
