There’s always a thread of playfulness that winds itself through every Hermes project and the latest is no different: Enter HermesFit, an ongoing global series that invites friends of the maison to break a sweat in a bespoke pop-up Hermes gym.

Running from April 14 to April 23 at 16 Orchard Road, the space features a weights wall (complete with custom Hermes barbells and kettlebells), a silk-inspired callisthenics course, a circle-shaped ping-pong table with rackets adorned with silk motifs, a boxing ring that doubles as a photo booth, a juice bar and more.

The most stylish weights you’ll ever see in a gym

At HermesFit, you’ll get to take up typical classes such as yoga or HITT (high-intensity interval training) – but this being Hermes, these sessions naturally come with a twist. The yoga classes, for instance, incorporate the maison’s famous carres (silk scarves), while the weights used for HIIT are actually Hermes shoes. Other accessories making star appearances include Kelly wallets, hats, belts and bangles — not things you’ll usually want to get sweat all over but we are sure the maison has things figured out.

Elevate your workout game with Hermes’ accessories

But for those disinclined to sweating, HermesFit has more up its sleeves. In the evening, the central boxing ring (complete with punching bags decorated with carre prints) is transformed into a stage for live performances and more. It’s a new means of meshing fashion and fitness to experience the maison’s accessories – and best of all, it’s open to the public for free.

HermesFit runs Apr 14 -23, 11am to 8pm daily, at 16 Orchard Road. Register for entry and pick your choice of class here
