#1: Kawani Prenter
To think that just earlier this year, this 16-year-old started her catwalk career walking for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Australia and was dreaming of working in Paris and New York. On Tuesday, her breakout debut happened in Paris, when she walked exclusively for Chanel (the trolley bag clutches were so Instagram-worthy) in the recent fashion week calendar. The 1.8m tall Sydney native is of Japanese, Brazilian and Irish heritage and was scouted during a barbecue. Exotic features and her kawaii personality combined, we are predicting this IMG-signed beauty will become a new household name soon.

#2: Pooja Mor
So she didn’t start off Fashion Week on a good foot – she was one of the models that fell at Givenchy’s New York show. But the 23-year-old former Miss Ahmedabad and engineering major worked the Milan and Paris circuit strongly this season. Among the shows she walked for: Alexander McQueen, Sportmax, Dolce & Gabbana and Stella McCartney. Mor was discovered on Instagram and had her break for the Louis Vuitton Cruise ’16 show in Palm Springs. Already, her dark, moody beauty has been captured by photographers like Harley Weir and Steven Meisel. What’s refreshing, though, is her down-to-earth nature: when we bumped into her at Milan Fashion Week, she was still awfully shy and had no airs.

#3: Wangy Xingyu
Not much is known about this baby-faced Chinese beauty except that she is signed with Next models, stands at 1.77m, and is simply known on the blogosphere and among industry insiders as Wangy. What’s for certain is that her star is definitely rising: She’s walked at all the major cities for shows like Calvin Klein Collection, Burberry Prorsum, Gucci, Tod’s, Jil Sander, Dries Van Noten, Lanvin, Dior and Hermes. We’re keeping an eye on this one.
