What took social media by storm last night: When Louis Vuitton debuted its highly anticipated capsule collection with Supreme on its Fall/Winter 2017 runway during Men’s Fashion Week. It might only be January, but this will likely be one of 2017’s most in-demand collabs.
Incorporating Supreme’s iconic red and white box logo alongside Louis Vuitton’s signature motifs in a range of leather goods and garments, the collection features six types of bags – duffels, messenger bags, backpacks and fanny packs – in epi leather.
Accessories such as bandanas, scarves and small leather goods also debuted on the runway with prints that mashed up both brand logos. The one we’re predicting will sell out: The highly coveted Petite Malle iPhone cases you see above.
But injecting the streetwear brand’s edgy vibe onto Louis Vuitton goods isn’t the only way the brands are collaborating: You’ll find the French maison’s iconic monogramming splashed onto cool-girl accessories like skateboards too.
The collection will launch Monday, July 17 in all Louis Vuitton stores in Paris – stay tuned for information on whether it’ll be coming to Singapore.
