Paddlepop hues for Spring. Groundbreaking? Maybe not. But nonetheless, this season, the runways ran awash with all things pastel. But don’t be intimidated by these ultra-feminine ice-cream shades; they’re actually really easy to wear — and as seen on the catwalks, they look uber cute stacked onto each other.

Here, we’ve listed all the pastel shades we’re digging for S/S’18:

#1: Purple

If you didn’t already know, violet is the It colour of the year according to Pantone. And it seems the runways got the memo. Here are three looks we loved that packed a pastel purple punch.

Michael Kors
Victoria Beckham

#2: Pink

Its true — millennial pink remains a firm favourite on the catwalk this season. And we’re definitely not complaining.

Tom Ford

Helmut Lang

#3: Greens

There was a trend for greenery on the runways too, with a preference for muted, chalky seafoam greens.

#4: Blues

Seasons come and go, but baby blue is a shade that has never actually gone out of style.

From butter yellow to pastels, the cheery hue is definitely having a moment (here’s why) in S/S’18.
