Local design studio Black has become the first Singapore name to create a print for American nylon bag brand Lesportsac. The creative agency’s list of past works is commendable: Besides designing the SG50 logo, they’re also behind the brand identities of art enclave Gillman Barracks and restaurants like The Crostini Bar.

For their collaboration with Lesportsac, titled Kaki Lima, bags come in the lively pattern made up of tile motifs, each a graphic interpretation of cultural icons like the Singapore Flyer and Changi Airport. Splashed on over 15 styles including backpacks and cosmetic pouches ($45-$270), the line is exclusive here, but word has it that it could retail in New York and Japan too.
