Excess scrubbing can actually irritate skin. Blackheads are caused by clogged pores, so using skincare that dissolve or control sebum production would be more helpful.
It might feel “shiok”, but a scratched scalp is a damaged one, and equals weaker scalp and hair in the long term.
You only get a fraction of the protection from a moisturiser and the level is never high enough. So do complete your skincare routine with a sunblock.
Don’t bombard them with every pimple buster you have, and don’t empty the whole tube/bottle on them – in one go. Yes, you want to wipe them off your face, but that takes time and patience. A small dab of product twice a day is more than sufficient.
You should only keep your nail polish on for three days at a time, and let it rest for a day after. You don’t leave your makeup on for days, so in the same way, your polish should be changed regularly as well. Leaving it on for too long can dry and weaken nails.
