Makeup bases not only help to smooth your complexion, they also help to conceal subtle flaws. They can even be used on their own when you want to create a more natural yet still polished look.

Many of the newer makeup bases also are chock full of skin-loving ingredients, vitamins, and nutrients to hydrate and treat your complexion so skin doesn’t look dry even after a full day of makeup. We’ve selected some of our favourite radiance-boosting bases and primers, because who doesn’t love a luminuous complexion.
