For Fall 2017, Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup Peter Philips explores the possibilities of opulent colours and rich textures, producing a clash of vibrant metallics and muted mattes. The Metallics collection is a story of contrasts, strong yet fragile, sensual yet subversive, almost insolent, but always sophisticated. Check out the full range here.
The latest hybrid product from Dior brings a new dimension to makeup with highly pigmented eyes and lips. Inspired by professional makeup but designed as an intuitive, take-anywhere product, ITS nozzle tube houses metal-effect pigments encapsulated in an ultra-creamy, quick-drying texture that feels almost weightless.
You can apply Metalizer with your fingers to leave a light veil of colour with a chrome effect on the eyelids, or with a brush for a bolder finish, like a screen of light with a lasting vibrant sheen and 12 hours of wear. You can also use it on its own all over the lips or in touches over lipstick to play with contrasts.
The iconic palette from the house of Dior, 5 Couleurs borrows autumn’s play of contrasts between matteness and light. Boasting new formulas with textures that glide beautifully on the skin, each palette comes in different tones and combines a variety of effects (matte, satiny, glittery and shiny).
The double-ended Diorblush Colour & Light deposits a creamy blush that seamlessly blends into the skin for easy, custom colour contouring. First, use the blush with a matte finish to enhance the cheekbones and chin; then the pearly highlighter on the bridge of the nose and the Cupid’s bow.
Designed by Peter Philips to go with the opulent hues and metallic effects of the collection, the six new Rouge Dior shades for Fall 2017 flaunt strong beauty with a distinguished chic style. Sensual Matte is a pretty, irreverent beige; Hypnotic Matte, a fervent rosewood that flirts with ultra-femininity; Eccentric, a rosy brown with strong sex appeal; Enigmatic, a wine red imbued with mystery; Sophisticated Matte, a raspberry red in tune with the times; and, last but not least, the iconic #999 in a flamboyant, almost orangey red with a metallic effect by the name of #999 Metallic.
Embracing the trend of full brows, Diorshow Bold Brow helps to frame your eyes. Its texture is enriched with micro fibers to achieve a lush, full brow shape, while its mousse-serum formula boasts a mix of vitamins (E, B5 and B8) that helps fortify brows instantly and over time with each application. Its mini brush coats each hair for fuller, shapelier brows. Available in three ash tones to create a very natural effect.
Featuring a beveled tip for a truly graphic stroke, Diorshow Pro Liner de nes the eyes with a pigmented line or a block of colour of autumnal Burgundy.
Dior Vernis conveys all the power of Dior colour with three metallic shades – the gleaming grey Metallics, the neo-classical green Paradox and the champagne Enigma – along with a classic raspberry red lacquer called Sophisticated.
