Salad Skincare: The New Skincare Trend That Gives You Radiant Skin

Think of the new skincare trend, salad skincare, as a cheat code. It’s a life hack to healthy, glowing skin without having to eat your greens.

by Chia Ying Na  /   August 7, 2019

We’ve previously touted the benefits of the 360-degree beauty trend which preaches that your skin is what you eat – because we all know that eating a wide variety of leafy greens and fruits is what makes our insides healthy.

Recently, veggies that can be found in our everyday salad – like broccoli that’s full of vitamin C and fibre – are being widely incorporated into beauty products. That’s good news for those of us who aren’t fans of clocking our daily recommended servings of vegetables (it’s recommended that we eat two cups a day, FYI). Click through to check out the beauty products that are the equivalent of salad bowls for your skin, and hair, too.
