These Are The Best Hydrating Skincare Products You Need For Your Winter Holidays

With these hydrating skincare products, your winter holiday’s got nothing on your skin.

by Moh Shuying   /   November 22, 2019

It might seem extreme, but you definitely need to bring different skincare products with you when you’re travelling to a winter wonderland, especially when you’re transitioning from sunny Singapore. And the main reason for this is the loss of moisture.

Unlike summer, winter doesn’t bring with it a lot of humidity, which can dehydrate skin. Frosty weather often also means that when you’re indoors, the heaters are on full blast, which might feel good but is actually extremely drying. Last but not least, strong, cold winds can also strip your complexion of moisture and leave it ruddy and uncomfortable.

All of these means your complexion will be drier and your skin’s protective barrier weaker, which can lead to another whole host of problems like redness, dullness, skin irritation, itchy and even flaking in more extreme cases.

So as you’re packing for your next ski-trip or snowy destination, try to bring along some of these moisturising products that will soothe, hydrate and save your complexion.
