Set in Sentosa Cove, Quayside Isle @ Sentosa Cove is a veritable foodie haven with its dining outlets (15 in all!) influenced by countries such as Spain, Greece, and India. They include Blue Lotus – Chinese Eating House (famous for its Blue Lotus Signature Chilli Pomelo Crab), Earl of Hindh (try Shahi Chaap: lamb chops marinated with the chef’s special potli masala and malt vinegar, then cooked on griddle and finished on dum), and Mykonos On The Bay (the Spanakopita, spinach pie with feta mousse, is delish). Whether you’re considering a venue for an intimate reception or rehearsal dinner, or even somewhere to take your overseas guests to, you’ll be impressed by what this stretch has to offer. Apart from the food, this location boasts an impressive array of berthed yachts and a magnificent sunset – the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos.
Admission into Sentosa island via car/taxi on weekdays costs only $2 during lunchtime (12-2pm), and dinnertime (after 5pm) from now until Dec 31 this year.
