Eschewing the conventional wedding dress for a romantic flowing Chloe number, Israeli supermodel looked every bit the carefree bride. Designed by Chloe’s creative director Clare Waight Keller, the dress featured tassels, intricate lace detailing, and spaghetti straps which showed off Refaeli’s toned shoulders and arms.

Nikki Reed’s gorgeous Chantilly lace Claire Pettibone dress with delicate beading and a low back had the Twilight Saga star looking utterly romantic, especially with a string of white flowers in her hair and a lush bouquet of peonies, roses, wildflowers and foliage. She married actor Ian Somerhalder at an intimate wedding in Topanga Canyon.

The popular Hong Kong actress was resplendent in a figure-skimming mermaid gown with delicate lace sleeves and a lovely portrait back from her bridal salon Kevolie. A bouquet of phalaenopsis orchids and a pair of pastel blue heels from Sophia Webster (a gift from doting hubby, Philip, who found “the last pair in the whole wide world” for her!) complemented her elegant look. The Estee Lauder model looked every part the modern bride in a sophisticated form-fitting Carolina Herrera number with a low back, and green and black detailing for her intimate outdoor wedding at the Parrish Art Museum in New York – not a surprise considering her slinky red carpet choices. A chic updo and Sparkling Chopard earrings completed her stylish bridal do.

Choy, who is a Taiwanese-Australian singer, got hitched to Taiwanese actor Sunny Wang at a stunning garden wedding at the 140-year-old Swifts manor at Darling Point in Sydney, Australia. The 29-year-old wore a dreamy WTC Studio couture A-line gown with sheer sleeves and lace appliques, as well as a magnificent train. while Wang looked sharp in a white Zegna tux.

Angelababy’s regal and dreamy custom made Dior gown at her nuptials to Huang Xiao Ming had us swooning -100 handmade roses adorned her elaborate Chantilly lace ballgown with sheer organza sleeves and a 3m-long train. Her dazzling headpiece: The Chaumet Curvilinear Tiara in white gold, diamonds and natural baroque pearls.

The Italian heiress had five gowns for her wedding celebrations to Monaco royal Pierre Casiraghi. For her civil ceremony, she donned two Valentino creations. The first was an ethereal pale pink and gold lace silk chiffon long cape dress while the second was a whimsical haute couture piece from the label’s Spring 2015 creation featuring silver cloud designs and sequinned writing. The following week, Borromeo said “I do” again in a boho chic number reportedly by Valentino, then opted for Giorgio Armani for their celebrations in Italy: An elegant boat neck lace gown with three-quarter sleeves, followed by Grecian style silk tulle gown with a watteau train.

Not only did the socialite and businesswoman have her wedding at the Kensington Palace (where Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge live), her Valentino custom haute couture gown looked fit for royalty too! The Grace Kelly-inspired £50,000 crystal-studded guipure lace ballgown had a high neckline and a 3m long train, and was designed by the brand’s creative directors Maria Grazia and Pierpaolo Piccioli. Her veil was edged in vintage lace. We love her shoes too – a simple and elegant pair of pumps embroidered with her new title, as well as the wedding date.

With its stunning lace overlay, see-through sleeves and gorgeous cut, it’s no wonder the Girls star had tons of brides-to-be rushing to emulate her modern and glamorous bridal look. The Oscar de la Renta creation was actually inspired by the Duchess of Cambridges’ wedding dress, she admits.
