Got a number of gatherings planned at your home, but can’t find the time to whip up a good meal? Or looking to head out for a hearty meal, but are undecided with the many options around? The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore have got you covered with their mouth-watering feasts, festive afternoon tea deals, artisanal creations for takeaway and more. Scroll on for more.
If an elaborate spread is what you’re after, the ‘Festive Brunch at Home’ feeds four, with over 12 items such as roasted spice and mustard rub premium beef, oven-roasted turkey breast and Christmas desserts.
New Asian-inspired creations have been added to the ala-carte selection as well, including roasted turkey masak merah (pictured). This comes served with fragrant blue pea flower ‘lemak’ basmati rice, emping crackers, sambal belacan and spiced tomato gravy. There’s also roasted Irish duck with an Asian twist, featuring the addition of spicy kicap manis sauce, brussels sprouts and roasted potatoes. Of course, classic Fullerton signatures are also revisited, including the traditional roast turkey, champagne ham and roasted Australian beef prime ribs with herbs.
Takeaway items are available for purchase here and at The Fullerton Cake Boutique, located at both The Fullerton Hotel and The Fullerton Bay Hotel.
Afternoon tea is always a welcome indulgence, especially when fancy, bite-sized Christmas goodies are involved. From Dec 1 to January 2023, The Courtyard at The Fullerton Hotel will be dishing up tantalising items like champagne ham with grilled pineapple and pistachio, and smoked haddock with Espelette pepper. Savoury offerings include Mont Blanc cassis tarts, key lime matcha tarts and a Morello cherry chocolate log cake.
Over at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore’s The Landing Point, expect sweet treats like Morello cherry with Araguani chocolate, pistachio vanilla briolette, as well as yuzu and blood orange ‘baubles’ (pictured). You can also add to the celebrations with a glass of champagne, or take it nice and easy with a selection of curated loose leaf TWG teas and coffees from Bacha Coffee.

Fancy log cakes with a local twist? The Fullerton Hotels’ executive pastry chef Chef Siddharth Prabhu has introduced two Yule log flavours as an ode to our heritage. We’re especially eyeing the Peranakan Medley, comprising pandan chiffon, gula melaka, caramelised rice crisps and coconut creme. The Tropical Noel (pictured) is another tempting creation, with mango pomelo creme, orange almond joconde, caramelised pineapple and citrus crisp.
Other bakes include the traditional marzipan stollen and classic panettone − quintessential Italian Christmas breads with festive spices, candied orange peel, raisins and lemon. Single- serve panettoncinos are also available in both flavours.
Bakes can be purchased here and at The Fullerton Cake Boutique, located at both hotels.
Christmas shopping for loved ones and colleagues doesn’t have to be tedious when you’ve got the Golden Greetings Hamper, which comes packed with holiday gifts. These include a house-made dark rum fruitcake, Christmas pralines, a bottle of The Fullerton Blend Pio Cesare Nebbiolo, Fullerton Grand Tea from TWG Tea and an assortment of coffee bags from Bacha Coffee, among other goodies for sharing.
Hampers can be purchased online here.
Festive set menus, branches and buffets are also available on both Christmas Eve and Christmas day itself. We’re eyeing the festive lunch and dinner buffet at The Fullerton Hotel’s Town Restaurant (pictured), which features a global buffet selection and outdoor waterfront seating. Seasonal highlights include carving stations with Guinness-braised beef short rib and roasted Silver Hill duck.
Another one to make a beeline for is the festive set lunch at The Fullerton Bay Hotel’s The Landing Point. A seasonal favourite that will please seafood lovers is the pan-seared Hokkaido scallops with caramelised endive and lobster reduction. Other venues offering festive buffets include classic French bistro La Braserrie, as well as The Courtyard at The Fullerton Hotel. All festive set menus and buffets are available from now to Dec 23 and Dec 27 to Dec 30.
